The Plantronics Pulsar 590 offers great versatility with any Bluetooth device. If you're looking for a headset that functions as wireless stereo headphones and a Bluetooth headset at the same time, this is for you! The binaural design of this headset offers great stereo quality with bass going down to 20Hz and complete call concentration . The futuristic look of this headset is light years ahead of the game with telescoping boom and foldable design making for easy storage. The Pulsar 590 employs multipoint technology to switch between different Bluetooth devices and you have 10 hours of wireless stereo listening time and up to 12 hours of talk time.
Pros- they look great- handy wired dongle and charging stand- very good sound quality- comfortable and lightCons- distracting blue light flashing (it's bluetooth I get it already)- slight sound lag- every once in a while signal drops out replaced by grating static sound (can be fixed by pressing the link button, but is jarring none the less).- after a few weeks the charging connector pin on the headphones became faulty and stopped taking a charge. was still able to get a charge by placing headphones at a *very specific* angle connected to the portable charging cable. annoying to say the least, but workable.- after about two months (ten minutes ago) the plastic on the headphones cracked and fell apart leaving the left earphone dangling by a wire. I was very careful with these comparatively expensive headphones and had never dropped them. It's a shame, initially it seemed close to perfect.Be aware that Plantronics does not offer refunds, only replacements.

The Voyager 510SL mono earset system allows you to seamlessly switch between your office phone and Bluetooth mobile phone. Whether in your office or on the go, this system''s versatility eliminates the need for multiple products, one earset does it all. Get all the benefits of the Voyager 510SL mono earset system.
I bought the Plantronics 510SL kit a few months ago to use a single headset while in the office and with my Sprint 6700 (Windows Mobile 5) and love it.The comfort on this headset is really great. I've used other Bluetooth headsets from Motorola and this is much more comfortable. It is also very clear even in the wind; the Motorola wasn't. I think this has to do with the arm and the wind phone protection. Very clear and easy to pair.In the office, I use this with an ancient AT&T 7406 phone on a PBX system. After a few hookups and adjustments, it works great. I have a co-worker who has an ancient monitor that was leaking electrical interference so I had to play with the position a little. But it works great now. The H10 lifter is great... I can use the button on the headset to answer calls in the bathroom if I want!I also use this headset with both a PC and a Mac to call people over Skype. Calls are very clear and people tell me that they cannot hear the difference from a regular phone.

This is a usb wireless headset. just plug it in to your mac or pc and it sees it as another sound device , no drivers needed (xp or os x) I tested it with Skype on the mac and teamspeak on my pc . It comes with a sound api for windows for skype and a few others that allow the buttons on the phone to pickup or hangup calls , I did not try it out because I just like to use apps as is without special add ons ...The range is great , so if you skype and dont want to be tied to your pc then plug this bad boy in and your free to walk all over the house , same goes for teamspeak for the gamers out there. It was so pleasing for something to just work out of the box for a change! I tried for hours to do the same thing using bluetooth and it was a mess... This thing just works!

Built-in mic and controls let you take and make hands-free calls on the run. Included in the Motorola retail packaging: SF600 Wireless Sports Headphones, 5 sizes of ear cushions, wall charger, travel pouch and quick start guide.
Bought these about 21 days ago. Was very pleased with them for walking around and exercising.Sound was better than average when using them in that capacity. However the true tests;Took them on a 14 day business trip. They cannot be substituted for sound isolation that you might want on an airplane. I stuck to my wired Shures for that ; the gel tips don't mold to the ear canal. The concave gel tips were more stable in my ear canal when exercising in hotel gyms than the smooth gel. Loss of bass response is the trade-off. Suppose that's a personal ear-structure choice too. Then the kickers:they hold a charge inconsistently, and the blue-red -green charging indicator lights went awry and even simply didn't light up. Sometimes the lights never came on at all when I used the usb chargers ( various ones, so it wasn't a charger issue) . Also left ear phone started to emit static. That issue "seemed " to resolve after about a week, but I didn't wait and I've exchanged them for a new pair. I am skeptical, because the Motorola support forums all report incidences of the same exact issues I am reporting here. I even tried to do a factory reset to see whether it would resolve the problems. I couldn't even achieve a reset with the instructions they gave! I cannot imagine that Motorla doesn't take these things for a 100,000 mile test before the release them to the market! These things are not cheap. Anyway maybe I'm an idiot, but exchanged them for a new pair and will be watching them…

Introducing the first Bose Bluetooth headset that does what others cannot. The Bose Bluetooth headset lets you hear and be heard, even as noise levels change. It is engineered with proprietary TriPort acoustic structure and Adaptive Audio Adjustment, so voices sound natural and you can hear what is being said better than ever before. In addition, an exclusive noise-rejecting microphone combined with digital signal processing on the Bose Bluetooth headset allows you to be heard even when calling from a noisy environment.
I've gone through many headsets trying to find the perfect one. After trying this one, I'm still looking.Pros:1. Volume is very loud2. Person on the other end said they could hear me very clearly and could not tell I was on a headset3. Sound quality on my end was average. I could hear people pretty well, but the sound clarity wasn't as good as previous headsets I have owned.Cons:1. Sometimes just randomly disconnects for no reason. I would be actively talking on it and like 2 feet away, and it would just disconnect. It usually reconnects within 2-3 seconds but this gets annoying. Happens maybe 1-2 times a day.2. Expensive3. Battery life is pretty bad compared to other headsets. I have to charge it every 1.5-2 days and I've probably only used it maybe for 3 hours talk time. I do not leave the headset turned on if I am not using it.If they improved the sound quality, fixed the random disconnects, and increased the battery life, I would be more than happy to pay the $150 as I just want a headset that works! Sorry, Bose, this headset is below the standard of quality we are accustomed to from your brand.

Quality and Use: 3 people in our office have been using these Plantronics headsets for about 4 years now and they have worked great. We have a service and repair business with very busy phones so we are constantly on the telephone taking orders and talking to customers. We can walk about 300 feet away from the base without any problem including outside the office. You may be able to go farther or be limited to shorter distances but I believe it would depend on the construction of your building. There are several buttons on the headset and one I find very useful which is a MUTE button. I can talk privately for a moment if needed without the caller ever knowing and there is no need to put them on hold. The other buttons are for volume and answering the call. One more great feature to point out is that you can move about the office to get files, make copies or faxes and even work from another desk without putting someone on hold. As far as battery life goes, when left to charge overnight the unit will last all day with busy phones without any need a recharge. We have never replaced the batteries in the units so they seem to hold up well over time. I did purchase a replacement for a unit that ended up cracked where the arm that goes around your head connects to the earpiece but I think 4 years of use is acceptable for the cost.Ergonomics: I was getting a sore neck and shoulder from holding a standard phone with my chin and shoulder before trying one of these but the pain went away…

The Plantronics CS55 Wireless Headset combines the clarity of traditional corded technology with the mobility of wireless, so employees can move around the office to wherever business takes them without interrupting or missing a call.
The product performance is very good, sound quality ease of use, etc. Plantronics is a terrific product. It's actually the design that is flawed, it's too heavy for the ear. It won't stay close to the ear because of the weight. It does have an over-the-head band that helps but that's not how we wanted to wear it, we already had a mic like that and after just a short amount of time the band becomes uncomfortable. We returned it and purchased another model (Plantronics of course).

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)I have a Linux computer (Debian/KDE 4 environment) and I thought I'd have to configure something extra to use this, but all I did was plug the bluetooth usb in and Skype picked up the ear peace instantly. The sound quality was great. Also tried it with my Nokia N900 and it works perfectly.

I got this for work. I had the CS55 at a previous job so I thought I'd go for this one at my new job. What drew me to it was that it was similar to my personal bluetooth headset, the classic voyager 510, and would sit in my ear instead of near my ear like the CS55. The CS55 wasn't the most comfortable or stable on my ear but it worked and I never had any connection issues; battery life was also really good. The CS70 disappoints in several areas. First, feedback and connection issues. Half of the time when I am talking I hear myself in the ear piece. I have tried every combination of volumes, channels, and distances between myself, the receiver and the phone with no luck. Second, battery life should be more for an office phone. I can't get much more than 2.5-3 hours of talk time out of it. If someone has one of these for work then it's because they use it a lot and can only charge it for 5-10 minutes between calls or over lunch. My voyager 510 (which I assume has the same batteries since the ear piece it almost identical) will talk for 5+ hours and I never had an issue with the CS55. Last, the receiver/charging base. It's a common complaint that the headset just pops off of the charging connection in the base. I knew this and figured it was because most people aren't careful. Well, you have to be very careful when removing and replacing the headset so as to get it to charge and not pop. I would say that I have this issue 10% of the time, but I think that is still way to often for…

I bought this for my husband who drives a big tractor-trailer, which has a noisy cab and 18-wheels vibrating down the interstate every day. This headset is EXCELLENT!! It actually works! He can hear me (and all other callers) and I can hear him great. It doesn't even sound like he's on a headset. He's had it maybe a month, so I'm hoping it lasts a long time because the sound quality is excellent. The attachments that come in the box are pretty impressive too. Well made, and allow the user to adapt a headset style that he/she prefers. For the money, it's a great investment. I'd rate this 10-Stars!

I purchased this to work with my bluetooth hearing aids while working in my office. It functions very well wih good sound quality, easy to set up.I have to add however that I need to switch between phones and was not ableto figure out how to do that quickly in an office situation. So if you work with one phone primarily it shoud be a good product for you.
